Summary

It was during the spring of 2016, during a group meditation that he had organized at his spiritual center that Jean-Sébastien Ouellet came into mediumistic contact by channeling with a group of entities of light, called the Grand Council of Elders. The members of this Council coming from different origins dictate to him simple, clear and loving messages intended to spread the energy of love in the hearts of human beings.

 

Love yourself now is an assemblage of these messages  which promote our evolution on earth and make the reader aware of the importance of recognizing oneself, of loving oneself and of awakening to one's potential as a god living on earth.

Jean-Sebastien Ouellet

 

To be  divine in the making, in re-evolution, Jean-Sébastien undertook, a few years ago, a spiritual journey and a personal search for well-being and serenity.  He decided to devote his life to it.  He puts his research and his experiences at the service of others.  It offers a return to who we are and to realizing our full creative potential.

 

Jean-Sébastien devotes his life to exploring the spiritual journey.  It works in different forms  among others,  through mediumship, energy treatments, meditations and he gives workshops including My Divine Nature .  He also organizes various initiatory journeys.   An intuitive artist, he expresses himself through his energetic paintings and poems.  He created in the magnificent region of Charlevoix in Quebec, near the St. Lawrence River, a center for care and spiritual research.  A place where unite  nature, inner peace and the joy of the awakening of the heart.
