I am a litigation lawyer. I spend my time in the office and in the courthouse managing conflicts, bickering... and the stress accumulates. A few months ago, I started waking up at three in the morning every night. Then I started not always falling asleep anymore, being unable to relax. I was the perfect candidate for taking anxiety medication and forced rest. But I could not afford this luxury given my trials, the date of which was already set. So I met Jean-Sébastien. As soon as he put his hands on me, I felt a very hot electric current and tingling. Wow, what treatment I received. I had difficulty returning home by car because I was falling asleep. Afterwards, I went back to sleeping all my nights without waking up. Ten days after the treatment, I still feel a lot of lightness and energy and I wouldn't even have needed to stop working to recharge my batteries. Jean-Sébastien relieved me of my stress all of a sudden, in a single session. And it balanced my energy fields.  Thank you Jean-Sébastien for what you have done for me!

Hello Jean-Sébastien, I would like to sincerely thank you for everything you did for me in the remote treatment during my hip surgery.  Everything went very well.  I'm already recovering very quickly unlike last year, it's day and night.  When I returned to the room, no vomiting, very awake, even made several pranks, I got up twice the day of the surgery, had a very good night, I moved my operated leg very quickly, the Two days after the surgery I was already walking down the hall with my walker and I was able to wash myself.  Everyone is impressed with my progress. At the hospital they called me "the little miracle".  I know that in this miracle you have a lot to do with it.  It will be 3 weeks tomorrow and it is still getting better and better.  I already walk around the house without my cane, I go out to eat, I go grocery shopping etc. I am really convinced that everything will continue to go very well, thanks to you. On June 20 and 21, 2015 I went for the very first time to the spiritual exploration center  The awakening of the Phoenix in order to follow the Reiki 1 training offered over two days. The first word that comes to mind when I think of this spiritual center is “generosity”. Perched on a verdant cliff, not far from a vast expanse of water, it benefits from a generous nature of education and healing. Its owner, Jean-Sébastien, is like a luminous beacon that allows boats to find their way back (but you're the captain!). Jean-Sébastien is a true teacher concerned with transmitting the spirit (or the essence) of Reiki to his students. I am very grateful to him for the time he gave me during this training. I also appreciated being able to sleep at the center (room rental) for the practical aspect, the setting and for the calm, but above all for the access to a meditation room, right there, when I left my room. I will definitely return for a meditative retreat. It is refreshed and confident that I returned to my home. Thank you Jean-Sébastien and long life to your spiritual center! I would like to thank you for the wonderful meeting we had at your awakening centre.  In the morning, a few hours before the consultation, I was in my room at your center getting ready.  I felt that the energy work was already starting to do its work because the crying started for no reason.  This embarrassed me because I didn't want to cry in front of you, I didn't want to demonstrate my vulnerability (my famous ego!!!). During the session, I was impressed by the accuracy of your intuitions and your connections. I felt your benevolence which allowed me not to  worrying about the tears I was having (the energy was too strong to hold back my tears).  Thank you again and look forward to seeing you again for another meeting.

I was  called by the light of Jean-Sébastien, to join him in the practice of Hatha Yoga. During 10 sessions, private lessons. Jean-Sébastien taught me Traditional Hatha Yoga. In order to guide me on the path of the Yogi and my spiritual path. Beyond the practice of Yoga, Jean-Sébastien transmits a light. Its powerful, positive energy, its sensitivity, its purity. I took a journey to myself, through the self. He was a benevolent passenger by my side. Yoga is part of my life now. It helps me to refocus, to listen to myself and to understand myself better.
