Much better known in Antiquity where it crowned the heads of the winners and in the culinary arts where it is used in the composition of the bouquet garni, the laurel produces a remarkable essential oil still too little used in aromatherapy. Native to the Mediterranean basin, this tree with dark gray and smooth bark bears shiny dark green leaves above, paler below.
An expert secret:
To cope with an ordeal that you cannot avoid and emerge victorious, place two drops of noble laurel on the inner side of the wrists, join the hands to cover your nose and inhale long and deeply 2 to 3 times successively. Start the day before the event then the same day at 3 doses per day.

For local massage: 1-2 drops added to 1-2 drops of neutral vegetable oil.
For body massage: 2-10 drops diluted in 5-10 ml of neutral vegetable oil.
A skin test is recommended for sensitive skin.
2 to 3 drops of bay leaf and 2 drops of sweet orange in a shampoo nut then treat your hair. You then discover the stimulating action on the scalp and hair whose growth will be invigorated.
